CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

When you book a session, I reserve that date and time especially for you. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date, and the remaining balance is due before your session.

I completely understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to work with you to find another available date. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.

If you cancel your session, the retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show up for your session, the remaining balance will not be due, but a new retainer will be required to book another date.

If you or someone in your family is sick, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I would much rather reschedule than have you worry about making it to your session.

WEATHER

For outdoor sessions, the safety and comfort of my clients always come first. If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll work together to find another date. There is no additional fee to reschedule due to weather.

END-OF-LIFE SESSIONS

I understand that circumstances surrounding end-of-life sessions can change unexpectedly. I will always do my best to be flexible and compassionate with scheduling. If circumstances change and you are unable to hold your session, please reach out as soon as possible so we can determine the best option together.
